Certified hair collection was created by Natasha Parker. Natasha fell in love with the hair world at the age of 8. She was a student at Virginia School of Hair Design in 2016. She worked in a shop for a short period of time. Now that she is a mother of three, she decided to go behind the scenes. She is excited to see where this journey will take her.
